Our terms and conditions for using our services

1. Who we are
Zelipt is a freelance partnership run by Aness Belbati and ALILI Bahaeddine in Algeria ("we", "our", "us"). We provide web-development, marketing, SEO and consulting services through zelipt.com ("Site").

2. Acceptance of these Terms
Using the Site or requesting a service quote means you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Site.
3. Service descriptions & pricing
Indicative prices appear at /pricing; they are quotes, not binding offers.
Final fees, scope and delivery dates are confirmed in a separate project proposal or statement of work that both parties sign.
We reserve the right to update online prices at any time without notice.
4. Payments, invoices & refunds
Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due 14 days from the invoice date.
Late payments may incur interest at 1% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
Because our work is bespoke, amounts paid are non-refundable once production has begun, except where required by consumer-protection law.
5. Intellectual-property rights
All code, images and text on the Site are © 2025 Zelipt, unless we credit a third party.
You may read and link to pages for personal use. Any reproduction, reverse-engineering or redistribution requires written permission.
6. Permitted use of the Site
You must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access to our servers
- Introduce malware or disrupt the Site
- Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
7. Third-party services
The Site integrates Netlify (hosting, contact forms), EmailJS/Gmail (email), NeetoCal (call-booking) and no analytics services. Your interactions with these tools are governed by their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for data-processing details.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Site or our services shall not exceed €100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Algerian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Algiers.
Note: This will be updated to "State of Wyoming, USA" once our LLC is formed.
10. Changes to these Terms
Material changes take effect 30 days after posting on this page. Continuing to use the Site after that date confirms your acceptance.
